The Goldthwaite Music Festival (the GMF) is a two day Texas Music Festival where you will enjoy listening to live bands play great music. Enjoy the sounds of top artists at the Southside Tavern in Goldthwaite, Texas.

The Goldthwaite Music Festival proudly supports Funds for Children Foundation a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to serving youth in Central Texas with hopes for expanding services and funding to children and families in need from all across Texas

The GMF is on Friday, October 25th and Saturday, October 26th, 2024.

The 2024 GMF will take place at the Southside Tavern in downtown Goldthwaite in Central Texas. The address is 1011 W. Fifth Street Goldthwaite, TX 76844.

You should bring a festive attitude, an ear for great music, an RV or tent (if camping) and some pocket money for food trucks and merchandise. Sorry, no coolers allowed. Water, sodas, and alcoholic beverages will be available at the venue. You are welcome to bring canopies and chairs.

The festival venue at Southside Tavern is fully handicap accessible, with designated parking, accessible pathways, and seating areas available. If you have any specific needs or require additional assistance, our staff on-site will be happy to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us ahead of time if you have any concerns or questions.

The GMF is best experienced as an RV or camping excursion. Eagles Nest Village RV Park is about 1 mile from the Southside Tavern. The current number for Eagle's Nest is (682) 847-8068.

There will be food available for purchase on both Friday and Saturday.

Yes!  Our partners have been kind enough to donate Wifi at the venue for the GMF. Note that the Wifi signal will not reach the camping areas.

The GMF is a family friendly events, and there are many activities to enjoy besides the great music, food, and drinks. More details coming soon!
